All: The Gatekeeper smashes both front paws into the earth, radiating jagged ground ruptures. Step out of the radiating shockwaves.
Sunspire Frost and Fire Atronachs
Elemental Eruption
All: Atronachs channel cascading fire and frost ruptures under player feet. Interrupt the channeled casts and step out of emerging ground hazards.
Lokkestiiz
Hard Mode: Activate the Challenge Banner at the entrance to Lokkestiiz's courtyard before pulling (Veteran difficulty only; achievement: Glacial Demise).
Frozen Tomb and Frigid Beam Protocol: Pre-assign 2 dedicated tomb runners/healers. When players are trapped in Frozen Prison tombs, they must stand at marked sides; assigned healers immediately activate the thaw synergy and burst heal the victim to 100% to purge the lethal percentage DoT. During Frigid Beam (Laser), stack tightly behind Lokkestiiz and rotate along his flanks as the beam sweeps across the arena floor. Main Tank must keep Lokkestiiz facing directly north away from the group at all times.
Hard Mode Ice Storms and Storm Atronach Priority: On Hard Mode, roaming Ice Storms drift across the arena, requiring constant group micro-positioning. Storm Atronachs gain a frost barrier that reflects projectile damage until cracked; off-tank must immediately taunt and turn Storm Atronachs away so their glacial cleaves do not strike the raid stack.
Frost Breath
Tank: Lokkestiiz channels a prolonged cone of freezing frost breath. Keep the dragon pointed away from the group, hold active block, and maintain defensive buffs.
Frozen Prison (Ice Tombs)
All: Lokkestiiz encases players in solid ice blocks. Encased players cannot move or cast and take escalating frost damage. Dedicated teammates must rush in, activate the synergy prompt to shatter the ice, and immediately burst heal the freed player to full.
Frigid Beam
All: Lokkestiiz sweeps a lethal beam of sub-zero frost across the arena. Watch his head turn and reposition behind or around his wings to stay out of the beam's deadly arc.
Wing Thrash and Tail Swipe
All: Standing directly beside wings or behind the tail triggers violent physical knockbacks. Stack strictly between the dragon's wing joint and hind legs.
Flight Phase and Storm Atronachs
Tank: Lokkestiiz flies into the sky while Storm Atronachs spawn. Off-tank taunts and groups the atronachs, facing their heavy ground spikes away from allies.
Dps: Focus all damage onto Storm Atronachs during the flight phase. Crack their protective shields and eliminate them before Lokkestiiz crashes back to the platform.
Yolnahkriin
Hard Mode: Activate the Challenge Banner outside the furnace chamber before initiating combat with Yolnahkriin (Veteran difficulty only; achievement: Infernal Reprieve).
Molten Armor Tank Swap Cadence: Main Tank and Off-Tank must coordinate a strict taunt swap every 2–3 stacks of Molten Armor (applied by Flame Breath). Taking a breath at 3+ stacks is fatal. Inactive tank manages incoming Fire and Iron Atronachs, keeping Iron Atronachs strictly out of lava fissures to prevent enrage.
Focused Fire Stacking Discipline: When a raid member is targeted by Focused Fire, designated stack members (at least 3–4 players) must collapse inside the circle to split the catastrophic fire damage. Target must never roll away alone. On Hard Mode, pre-cast damage shields before the blast impacts.
Flame Breath and Molten Armor
Tank: Yolnahkriin unleashes a searing cone of fire that applies stacks of Molten Armor, drastically reducing armor. Swap taunts with the off-tank at 2–3 stacks and hold active block through each breath tick.
Focused Fire
All: A tracking fiery ring centers on a player before detonating in a massive explosion. Several nearby players must stack together within the perimeter to split the damage evenly. Taking the hit alone is fatal.
Cataclysmic Flight and Iron Atronachs
Tank: Yolnahkriin takes flight, showering the floor in magma balls. Off-tank taunts Iron and Fire Atronachs, dragging Iron Atronachs away from lava pools to avoid empowering their ground attacks.
Dps: Burn down Iron Atronachs and Fire Atronachs before Yolnahkriin lands. Prioritize Iron Atronachs to reduce area cleave damage.
Cauterize
Healer: Yolnahkriin radiates an oppressive thermal aura that continuously pulses heavy fire damage across all raid members. Keep group heal-over-time effects active and cast burst shields during high-pressure phases.
Ash Geysers and Lava Bursts
All: Glowing floor fissures erupt into bubbling lava geysers. Avoid standing in bubbling fractures and dodge away from traveling fire waves.
Nahviintaas
Hard Mode: Activate the Challenge Banner at the summit pavilion before engaging Nahviintaas (Veteran difficulty only; achievement: Return to the Dust).
Time Shift Realm and Portal Assignments: Pre-assign 3 high-single-target DPS players to enter the Time Shift portals at 80%, 60%, and 40% health. Upon entering the spirit realm, immediately interrupt the Eternal Servant's lethal channeled cast and burst him down before the realm timer expires. Upstairs raid must manage Golden Statues and avoid crossing Soul Tear patches until the portal team returns.
Soul Tear Placement and Statue Cleave: Players targeted with Soul Tear / Mark of Fire must immediately sprint to the outer perimeter and drop the expanding flame rings along the edges. Off-tank must chain and position Vigilant and Furious Golden Statues directly under Nahviintaas for group cleave burn.
Searing Breath
Tank: Nahviintaas breathes a sweeping cone of golden dragonfire. Keep him centered and facing strictly away from the raid stack, maintaining active block.
Time Shift and Eternal Servant
Dps: At 80%, 60%, and 40%, three portal synergies appear. Assigned portal DPS take the synergies down into the spirit realm, interrupt the Eternal Servant's deadly channel, and burn him down before the paradox detonates.
Soul Tear (Mark of Fire)
All: Nahviintaas brands players with Soul Tear. Afflicted players must sprint to the room perimeter to place their persistent fire patches safely away from the raid.
Golden Statues (Vigil and Fury)
Tank: Golden Statues awaken during ground phases. Off-tank taunts and groups statues directly under the boss, bracing against heavy ground slams.
Dps: Cleave down Golden Statues alongside Nahviintaas. Interrupt channeled statue slams and sidestep frontal conal shockwaves.
Molten Meteor Barrage
All: Nahviintaas summons flaming meteors from the sky. Spread slightly so ground impact circles do not overlap, and hold active block through the shockwave.
Time Dilation Roar
Healer: Nahviintaas unleashes a temporal roar that slows player movement and pulses escalating magic damage across the entire platform. Provide sustained burst healing and keep speed boosts active.
